POKYH is a free, ad-free and non-commercial project. There is no registered company behind it.

Anyone who wants to can support POKYH voluntarily via Buy Me a Coffee. It is a gift with nothing in return: every feature stays the same and free for everyone, and POKYH does not become commercial because of it. Payments are handled by Buy Me a Coffee under its own terms and privacy notice.

This address is also the single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) for authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and for users. POKYH is an app for students and parents at schools that use WebUntis. After signing in with your own WebUntis account it shows timetable, substitutions, exams, grades, absences and messages clearly and adds its own features such as to-dos, class reminders and, where available, the cafeteria menu.

POKYH is independent. It is not affiliated with Untis GmbH and is neither run, reviewed nor endorsed by Untis GmbH or by any school. WebUntis and Untis are trademarks of Untis GmbH; POKYH names them only to describe what the app works with.

POKYH accesses data in WebUntis only with the credentials and on behalf of the signed-in person, limited to their own data and to the permissions their account has at their school. Whether your school allows access through apps of other providers is up to your school; please follow its rules of use.

The school data shown comes from your school’s WebUntis. The information in WebUntis or from the school is always authoritative. Values POKYH calculates itself (for example grade averages, missed hours and percentages) are non-binding aids.

The operators of linked external sites are solely responsible for their content. If we learn of an infringement, we remove the content or link concerned without delay. Liability is otherwise governed by the terms of use.

The source code of POKYH is open source: the web app and the backend are published on GitHub (github.com/bedchem) under the MIT licence. Libraries and fonts used are subject to their own licences. The dish photos in the cafeteria menu belong to their authors; they are not copied but loaded directly from the sites that publish them freely. If you hold rights to a photo and do not want it shown this way, write to us at the contact address above; we will remove the link promptly.
